This position provides case consultation, direction, and leadership within the Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) team. The Clinical Supervisor ensures clients receive services focused on their presenting problems and requests for treatment, directs crisis intervention efforts, and monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria. The role involves reviewing caseloads for appropriate service utilization, overseeing staff hiring, training, and performance management, and facilitating team meetings. The supervisor also participates in internal and external meetings, delivers marketing, training, and case consultation services, and ensures timely and accurate client, program, and agency documentation according to standards. Responsibilities include overseeing chart audits, acting as a primary point person for the program with on-call coverage as needed, ensuring proper maintenance of vehicles (if applicable), and performing other assigned duties. The role fosters a collaborative and effective working environment in conjunction with their supervisor and ensures the completion of insurance authorizations. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor actively participates in committees focused on service delivery and quality improvement within the agency.
