Clinical Supervisor – Adult Mental Health & Co-Occurring Programs Location: Lansdale, PA Company: High Focus Centers (Formerly Onward Behavioral Health) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday with two evening shifts per week (until approximately 8:15 PM) Salary: $65,000–$68,000 annually Join Our Team and Make a Difference At High Focus Centers, we are dedicated to providing quality outpatient treatment to adults and teens facing mental health, substance use, and eating disorders. We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our adult mental health and co-occurring programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced clinician to oversee the delivery of high-quality care within our dynamic treatment programs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of therapists providing outpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.
  • Evaluate clients to determine appropriate level of care and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
  • Assist counselors in developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consultations.
  • Provide individual and group supervision to counselors and other assigned staff.
  • Maintain a caseload, as necessary, to support program operations.
  • Support the Program Director in the development of new programs and services.
  • Conduct chart audits and complete clerical tasks related to client documentation.
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for clients, including crisis intervention when needed.
  • Ensure the clinical program operates as scheduled and meets all licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards.
