Reporting to the Senior Manager, Programs and Services, Health and Transition Services (HTS) and consistent with the Mission, Values and polices of St.Amant, the Supervisor (Clinical), HTS is a critical role in ensuring the success of St.Amant business and operations. Exemplifying the mission, vision and values of St.Amant, the Supervisor works collaboratively with partnered programs while offering employees respectful customer service. The Supervisor plays a key leadership role to ensure person-centred, evidence based care for those supported at St.Amant, their families and caregivers. This role envelops the core values as identified by St.Amant and models same throughout their practice.
