We are looking for a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our team. Working hours for this position are 7:00PM - 7:00AM. The Clinical Supervisor will demonstrate a support of the hospital's mission, vision, values, and strategic plan in a team-oriented environment. The Clinical Supervisor also performs all job duties in compliance with laws, regulations, and in observance of accrediting agency standards and related professional organization standards.

Requirements

ADN required.
Valid State of Ohio Licensure required.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are required and may be obtained during the orientation period.
NIMS and NIHSS certifications are required and may be obtained within the first year.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred.
3-5 years of healthcare/medical experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
Advanced clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide safe, timely, effective, quality, age appropriate, cost conscious, evidence-based care while utilizing the nursing process and holistic patient care.
Utilize critical thinking skills while overseeing overall hospital operations and patient care during the absence of Administration.
Move throughout the facility as needed, appropriately assisting in emergency drills and situations.
Coordinate patient care as assigned, which includes assessing and interpreting patient care information and data.
Effective direct staff and support patient care.
Communicate appropriately with unit staff, physicians, ancillary departments, and families.
