Requirements

Certified BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
Must meet the specified certification criteria to be considered.

Nice To Haves

Experience with clinical tools for treatment planning and hour recommendations.
Familiarity with transitioning clients from ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

Design treatment plans based on client needs, not cookie-cutter templates.
Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs and other clinical staff.
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with clinical directors and committees for support and troubleshooting.
Participate in research and collaboration with industry leaders.
