About The Position

Terry Reilly Health Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for its Caldwell Arlington location. The organization provides comprehensive healthcare throughout the Treasure Valley, integrating behavioral health services with medical and dental care to support coordinated patient care. Its behavioral health clinics offer general mental health and trauma counseling. The Clinical Supervisor provides behavioral health services and/or consultation to clients to improve psychosocial functioning. The position requires a master's degree in a related field, a current Idaho professional license, supervisory or equivalent leadership experience, and at least three years of licensed behavioral health experience.

Requirements

Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
Current professional license in Idaho (LPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT) or a related field.
Two years of supervisory experience involving direct reports, or an equivalent combination of two years' experience leading projects, program management, or serving as a functional team lead with responsibility for task delegation, project accountability, and achieving identified outcomes.
Three or more years of licensed behavioral health experience.
Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, treatment planning, risk assessment, ethics, and professional standards.
Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based behavioral health practices.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Experience working in a medical setting, community health setting, or as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of computer and email systems, as well as EMR.
Thorough knowledge of local referral sources.
