About The Position

Supervise an adult moderate CCBHC team focused on consumers with a primary mood or thought disorder. The team serves adults age 18 and older diagnosed with a severe mental illness, substance use disorder, or co-occurring disorder. It provides in-depth health and wellness services and coordination through a combination of office-based and/or field-based services. Client transportation may be required using agency or personal vehicles, depending on consumer and program needs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health or related specialty.
• Licensed or under supervision for licensure.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Use a personal automobile to travel to locations other than the primary office; mileage reimbursement is provided when applicable.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory and program management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise an adult moderate CCBHC team.
• Oversee services for adults with severe mental illness, substance use disorders, or co-occurring disorders, with a focus on primary mood or thought disorders.
• Support the delivery and coordination of in-depth health and wellness services.
• The team provides office-based and/or field-based services and may transport clients using agency or personal vehicles as needed.
