About The Position

HOPE Community Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support their Urgent Recovery Center (URC). This role involves providing clinical and operational leadership to a team of professionals dedicated to helping individuals navigate behavioral health and substance use crises. The goal is to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and mentor staff to drive program excellence and make a meaningful impact on the community.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Oklahoma behavioral health licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC)
• Supervisory or leadership experience in behavioral health, crisis services, healthcare, or a related setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a passion for developing people and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of therapists and case managers.
• Provide clinical oversight, crisis intervention support, and consultation.
• Help shape a positive, recovery-focused culture that promotes dignity, respect, and hope.
• Support staff development through coaching, training, mentorship, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with community partners, hospitals, and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
• Drive quality improvement efforts and contribute to the ongoing success of a growing crisis services program.
