About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states, known for its evidence-based clinical curriculum and highly individualized care. The company offers programs including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. Avenues Recovery is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for its Baton Rouge location to support the Clinical Director, manage daily clinical program execution, oversee client engagement and morale, facilitate groups occasionally, maintain a small client caseload, ensure compliance with client documentation, and provide Utilization Review support.

Requirements

3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients
Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LCSW, LPC, etc.)
Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles

Responsibilities

Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
