About The Position

East Lakeland OBGYN Associates, a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH) has an immediate opportunity for a full time Clinical Supervisor to join our team! We are a faith-based women’s health practice guided by Christian values and a mission-centered approach to patient care. We seek team members who are comfortable working in an environment where these principles shape our clinical philosophy, workplace culture, and commitment to supporting women and families. The Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services. Applicants with Athena EMR experience will be given preference.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of clinical experience required
• Minimum 3 years clinical managerial experience required

Nice To Haves

• OBGYN experience highly preferred
• Athena EMR experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staffing for clinical staff
• Orientation and training for staff
• Develop clinical policies and procedures
• Coordinate vacation and personal time off requests
• Laboratory liaison--QA
• Equipment repair and service/Contracts
• Interview/Personnel selection
• Ensure continuous flow of quality patient care
