About The Position

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is expanding its School-Based Services and seeking dynamic Clinical Supervisors to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical supervision, guide evidence-based interventions, oversee program operations, and support a dedicated team delivering mental health services in school settings. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring quality and productivity, maintaining community partnerships, and potentially managing a small clinical caseload. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new, innovative program that partners with educators to create safe, supportive learning environments through therapy, mental health education, wellness initiatives, and crisis intervention. Requirements

  • Licensed mental health clinician with a Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
  • Clinical Licensure required: Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Valid Colorado Driver's License with a driving record that meets the organization's requirements.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with the population served by the clinical area of responsibility, including administrative experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Knowledge of child, youth, and adult mental health interventions and diagnoses.
  • Significant experience working in office- and community-based settings.
  • Knowledge and experience working with diverse cultures and identities.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Required Vaccination and TB Test. Proof of both the flu shot and a negative TB test must be provided on your first day of employment. Medical or religious exemption can be requested if necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience conducting supervision with Master's level clinicians preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working psychotherapeutically with clients, along with experience specific to the program being led, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise components of clinical operations and set program policy and procedures for team.
  • Provide group and individual supervision and case conference meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Build and maintain cohesive, supportive, reflective, respectful relationships among staff.
  • Review all process data with staff and discuss areas for improvement, and respond to clinical areas of need with specific training for staff.

  • Supervise entry of all data by staff and ensure accuracy, and conduct chart reviews.
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with local non-profit agencies, public social services, and state policy makers to enhance their understanding and utilization of services.
  • Maintain a small caseload determined by team capacity and need.
  • Support the Program Manager with tasks, as requested.
  • Staff member will monitor and coordinate care for assigned clients in partnership with the other members of the client's care team.
