About The Position

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is seeking a passionate and skilled Team Leader to guide their team of dedicated School-Based Clinicians (SBCs) supporting youth across the region. This role involves providing clinical and administrative supervision, fostering relationships with school administrators and community partners, driving innovation in service delivery, and ensuring high-quality care and timely documentation. The position is part of the NCSS Early Childhood and School-Based Services Division, offering a supportive and mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
• Licensure is required

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of 12–15 compassionate clinicians.
• Foster strong relationships with local school administrators and community partners.
• Drive innovation in service delivery by developing impactful strategies that improve the well-being of students and school communities.
• Ensure high-quality care, timely documentation, and support systemic change in how mental health services are delivered in schools.
