Clinical Supervisor - Recovery Center
About The Position
SeaView Community Services is seeking a Recovery Center Clinical Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in providing compassionate, client-centered care for individuals in substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment. This is a leadership role with the opportunity to shape the future of addiction recovery services in our community. The Recovery Center Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of our Recovery Center residential and outpatient programs. This includes clinical supervision, program development, regulatory compliance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to individuals seeking recovery. The ideal candidate is an experienced behavioral health leader with a passion for substance use treatment, team development, and integrated care approaches.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Alaska licensure (or ability to obtain) as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria, evidence-based treatment models, and trauma-informed care.
- Experience in program development, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.
- Passion for client-centered care and supporting individuals on their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, case managers, and support staff.
- Oversee treatment planning, clinical programming, and client care strategies.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, grant requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Develop and implement best practices in substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen referral systems and community support.
- Provide direct clinical services as needed, including assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention.
