As Clinical Supervisor, you will lead and support a multidisciplinary, fast-paced mobile crisis team. This role blends hands-on clinical leadership with administrative oversight, offering a balance of real-time crisis consultation, staff coaching and development, and program operations management. You will also participate in a broader leadership structure, receiving support from senior program leadership while helping guide team culture, performance expectations, and service delivery standards. The EMPS program delivers 24/7 crisis support for children and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, or situational distress, including crisis telephone triage and support, mobile crisis assessment and intervention, and community-based care in homes, schools, courts, and other settings. Our mission is to provide early intervention, stabilization, and alternatives to hospitalization while strengthening families and communities.
