The Manager, Advocacy & Crisis Intervention Services is a contributing member of the Safety and Wellness Team and will have the primary responsibility for full alignment and integration of sexual violence advocacy and crisis intervention services with overall sexual violence services and YWCA organizational priorities. This role is accountable to The Director, Advocacy & Crisis Intervention Services and responsible for the daily operations, delivery and impact of quality sexual violence advocacy services. In addition, the Manager will develop and implement strategies for continually expanding SVSS’ network of community partnerships to build strong programs for survivors and their families that help build resiliency. The Manager collaborates with diverse internal and external stakeholders to design, pilot and evaluate innovative programs and activities. Collaborates with Strategic Engagement Team to provide strong program services statistics and persuasive narratives; strategic measurements for grant proposals and individual donor development; and industry expertise when considering new initiatives. Understands and interprets YWCA business strategy, priorities, and designs and implements innovative solutions that align with survivors and other end users expectations and experiences.
