Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of service in Spokane, dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment to adults, youth, and seniors facing behavioral health challenges. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in recovery and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives. This role is part of the Mobile Crisis Assessment and Treatment (MCAT) team, serving individuals aged 22 and older who require crisis intervention, stabilization, or are at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. The MCAT team prioritizes referrals from various sources including DCRs, psychiatric triage, first responders, and hospital emergency departments. The individuals served often have complex needs, including co-occurring disorders, homelessness, and frequent interaction with law enforcement, emergency departments, and the legal system. The MCAT team also provides crisis response services for Trueblood class members identified by the Health Care Authority. The supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of assigned staff, program planning and evaluation, training staff to ensure compliance with program goals, and providing consultation and education to FBH staff and the community. The role supports mobile crisis response operations, offering rapid response, assessment, intervention, supportive counseling, and linkage to community-based mental health and SUD treatment services. Services are primarily delivered in the community, with potential for engagement and ancillary services at inpatient facilities.
