About The Position

Aspire Health and Community Services is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead and support our In-Home Therapy (IHT) and Outreach team. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision to Masters and Bachelors Level staff delivering home based and outreach services to children ages 4 – 21 years old and their families. You’ll play a key role in fostering professional growth, ensuring high quality clinical care, and helping to create a supportive and positive team culture. This is an excellent opportunity for an independently licensed clinician who is passionate about mentorship, leadership, and community mental health.

Requirements

  • Independent clinical license required (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist)
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience required
  • Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and clinical documentation systems

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years preferred post-graduate clinical experience
  • Experience providing in-home therapy or community-based behavioral health services strongly preferred
  • Prior supervisory or teaching experience preferred
  • Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual supervision to assigned staff in accordance with program and licensure requirements
  • Offer timely support to staff during clinical crises
  • Mentor clinicians in developing effective, evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Guide and support professional development based on each supervisee’s skill level and experience
  • Review, instruct, and correct clinical documentation and treatment approaches as needed
  • Ensure clinicians provide clinically appropriate and effective in-home therapy and outreach services
  • Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries for quality and compliance
  • Approve documentation within the electronic health record system
  • Monitor caseloads and make decisions regarding case assignments, closures, and workflow expectations
  • Complete required plan reviews (In-Home Therapy cases every 90 days; Outreach annually)
  • Ensure documentation supports medical necessity, treatment goals, and billing requirements
  • Partner with the Program Director and Assistant Program Director to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment
  • Support team morale by modeling professionalism, collaboration, and respect
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support performance improvement plans as needed
  • Sign off on licensure hours and address concerns regarding supervisee readiness
  • Stay current in treating and managing IHT cases by maintaining a small caseload
  • Ensure adherence to agency policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements
