About The Position

JRI’s Children’s Friend and Family Services division is committed to assisting families and their children who are experiencing substantial behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges. Our mission is to ensure they can access the vital services necessary to flourish at home, in school, and within their communities.

Requirements

• Minimum working towards a Master’s degree or above in the mental health field (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT).
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Clinical interest in working with children/adolescents is required.
• Good written and oral communication skills are necessary.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with trauma-informed models of treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to use new clinical interventions to support youth and families.
• Explore clinical knowledge through the use of evidence-based modalities.
• Strengthen documentation skills and use of electronic medical records.
• Be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team supporting youth and families.
