As our Clinical Supervisor – FPS you will: Monitor clients’ therapeutic progress and ensure the development and implementation of clients’ clinical treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff. Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agency, licensing, and accreditation standards. Understand HIPAA policies and know how to implement security practices to stay compliant. Onboards and trains new staff. On-call duties required.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Clinical Practice or Master’s in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy or other related degree
Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board is required
Two years previous experience in either a clinical or child welfare setting
Two years of supervisory experience
