About The Position

Devereux is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (Supervisor) to maintain and deliver high-quality therapeutic services to Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) individuals who have a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral complications. This role involves providing clinical supervision to Therapeutic Home Specialists (Treatment Coordinators) and Clinicians (Therapists), as well as offering support and intervention to Therapeutic Home Providers and TFC Individuals as needed. The position also focuses on cultivating positive working relationships with referral and funding sources and coordinating referrals and placements within foster homes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with New Mexico licensure as a psychologist, registered nurse (RN) with a master’s degree in psychiatric nursing, clinical nurse specialist in a related field
  • Licensed independent social worker (LISW), licensed professional clinical mental health counselor (LPCC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or other licensed independent practitioner in a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical practice with children, adolescents and families
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
  • Valid New Mexico Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
  • Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
  • Ability to attend full time New Hire Orientation Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (paid)

Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical supervision of the Therapeutic Home Specialists (Treatment Coordinators) and the Clinicians (Therapists).
  • Providing support and intervention to the Therapeutic Home Providers and TFC Individuals as needed.
  • Cultivating and nurturing positive working relationships with referral and funding sources.
  • Coordinating referrals and placements within the foster homes.
