About The Position

This position will oversee our Parkville and Plaza clinics, supervising around 20 staff. The role manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned, including supervising assigned clinical departments. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care, including ordering supplies, QA, regulatory compliance, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment, and regular staff meetings. Additionally, this role is responsible for the training and development of assigned employees, including hiring decisions, discipline, and staff evaluations. The supervisor will also assist clinical staff as needed and is overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.

Requirements

KS and MO RN required
BLS required
Less than 1 year Applicable Experience
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
Registered Nurse - Various
Associate Degree

Responsibilities

Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.
Supervise assigned clinical departments.
