About The Position

Position Summary: Participate as a leader and active team-member to support the behavioral health of clients by accessing services at FSRI. Responsible for supervising the Mobile Response team including implementation of MRSS program and FSRI Emergency Response supports. Supports a trauma-informed, client and family-centered philosophy of care. Supervises clinicians, case managers, and peer specialists to implement mobile response assessment and follow-up. Performs crisis assessments, brief treatment, and consultation where needed, and manages evidenced based models of treatment. Participates in on-call emergency services. Conducts clinical training as necessary.

Requirements

Master’s degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc)
Independently licensed in Rhode Island as a Social Worker, Therapist or Mental Health Counselor
1 year prior clinical supervisory experience
Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
Excellent multitasking and communication skills
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Current driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Auto insurance
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to lift up to 20lbs
Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements

Nice To Haves

Experience providing emergency evaluation is a plus
LCDP or experience in substance use is beneficial
Spanish Speaking preferred
