About The Position
Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is a leading statewide provider of behavioral health services and a Certified Great Place to Work. We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical, supervisory, and consultative services within our Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (A-CCS) program.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related clinical field required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience required
- Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of and motivation to work with individuals experiencing behavioral health crises
Nice To Haves
- Licensed or license-eligible preferred
- Experience with crisis, respite, or inpatient settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, community-based care and maintain A-CCS program capacity
- Develop comprehensive assessments, individualized action plans, and safety plans using evidence-based tools
- Determine and implement treatment and referral plans using the least restrictive alternative
- Facilitate psycho-educational and recovery groups, and triage daily workflow and referrals
- Consult with the Program Director and collateral providers on treatment planning
- Develop discharge plans and write discharge summaries
- Provide individual and group supervision to staff and interns
- Participate in hiring, training, and disciplinary actions per BHN guidelines
- Manage staffing, daily program schedules, and maintain a safe, organized milieu
