About The Position
UC Health is hiring a Clinical Staff Pharmacist for The Inpatient Pharmacy Department at the University of Cincinnati’s Medical Center. Clinical staff pharmacists fill orders for medications, monitor patient medication therapies, provide drug information, and supervise and direct support personnel. In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a clinical staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.
Requirements
- Clinical staff pharmacist experience
- Ability to fill orders for medications
- Ability to monitor patient medication therapies
- Ability to provide drug information
- Ability to supervise and direct support personnel
- Ability to assume essential responsibilities and perform duties of the pharmacy manager in their absence
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an Inpatient Pharmacy setting
- Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Facility
