About The Position

The Centers is seeking Licensed Social Workers and Licensed Therapists for its 3rd shift Crisis Services team at the Glick Recovery Campus. This role is crucial for supporting individuals experiencing acute behavioral health and substance use crises during overnight hours (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM). As the overnight mental health professional, you will be a vital part of their recovery journey, providing immediate support and connecting them to ongoing community services. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
• Active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing in Ohio
• 2+ years of experience providing psychosocial or mental health services in behavioral health settings
• Experience in crisis intervention services
• BLS certification required at least 2 weeks prior to start date
• Strong attention to detail and clinical problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective listening and thorough documentation practices
• Proven time management skills in high-acuity environments
• Comfort and confidence working independently during overnight hours

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery service plans.
• Deliver therapeutic counseling that engages individuals in their healing journey.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and individualized treatment planning.
• Determine provisional diagnoses and obtain authorization for services.
• Provide recovery-oriented individual and group counseling.
• Offer family education and counseling support.
• Assess needs and coordinate appropriate referrals to community resources.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
