Working under the supervision of attending physicians, the Clinical Fellow handles more advanced and specialized cases, and provides direct patient care while completing advanced training under non accredited programs in their specific medical or health discipline to gain specialized skills and experience. This role is also involved in non-clinical activities such as research, quality improvement, and teaching. This is a competitive paid, full time, in-person, two-year fellowship for LMSWs seeking their clinical license requirements with a focus on children and family behavioral health: Individual, family, and group psychotherapy direct practice, supervision, observation, and training in pediatric psychiatry and behavioral health settings Paid LCSW-S supervision, clinical training, ASWB preparation and didactic education specific for LCSWs Multidisciplinary experience in psychiatric inpatient and outpatient settings Specialized psychiatric rotations (behavioral, developmental, neurodevelopmental needs, and more).
