Clinical Services Supervisor - Outpatient & Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
About The Position
The Clinical Services Supervisor provides clinical and administrative supervision and clinical consultation to direct services staff of the assigned Outpatient Therapy and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Behavioral Health programs. Ensures delivery of evidence-based, trauma-informed care for individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders, in alignment with state regulations and agency standards. This position also provides direct therapeutic services as needed. This position will work at both the Santa Fe Family Health Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Valley Community Health Center in Espanola, New Mexico.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
- Licensure as an independent practitioner in New Mexico (e.g., LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct clinical services.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Experience with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
- Knowledge of state regulations and agency standards for behavioral health programs.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with Outpatient Therapy and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
