About The Position

Oversee assigned members of the clinical team and work in conjunction with the Director of Clinical Services to ensure program implementation and regulatory and accreditation compliance. This role serves as support to clinicians and may manage a limited caseload of Rose Hill Center residents’ care and treatment. Responsible for ensuring residents’ needs are met via psychosocial care and for supporting them in achieving and maintaining their highest level of independence. This is evidenced by achievement of residents’ individualized goals through our work team activities, group therapies, and engagement in social activities. The Clinical Services Supervisor serves as the clinical leader when designated by, or in absence of, the Director of Clinical Services, and participates in the scheduled on-call rotation. This supervisor is expected to model and support the engagement of residents in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of illness or phase of recovery and use principles of trauma informed care and a willingness to support and assist residents with trauma related issues.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in working with individuals with a serious mental illness in either a hospital or community setting
  • Successfully supervising employees within that environment
  • Master’s degree in social work or equivalent education program
  • Appropriate state licensure
  • Ability to maintain compliance training as required by regulatory agencies
