The Regional Manager of Clinical Services conducts services related to the medical management of organ donors and organ functions and is responsible for the administration of the CDC, RTC, Referral AOC, Organ AOC and clinical educator staff. This role involves creating goals and objectives for medical management, working collaboratively with management staff, conducting field observations, supporting the Organ AOC role, tracking and trending cases for process improvement, facilitating staff meetings, and sharing responsibilities of the Administrator on Call (AOC). The position also involves assessing staff's ability to evaluate, stabilize, and improve organ function, ensuring accurate documentation, scheduling clinical staff, conducting performance reviews, and working with the Director of Clinical Services on policies and procedures. Additionally, the role collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams on new research, manages an effective clinical training program, revises procedures, mentors recovery personnel, provides real-time feedback, maintains clinical supply inventory, and prepares supplies and onboarding education for contracted employees.
