Requirements

• Current Indiana licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner from the state of Indiana.
• R.R.T. (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential by the N.B.R.C. (National Board for Respiratory Care).
• AS degree from a CoARC (Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care) and a regionally accredited respiratory care.
• Healthcare Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Certification.
• Other advanced life support certifications per unit/department of specialty within 6 months of hire (ACLS, NRP, PALS).
• 2-4 years experience in Respiratory Care.
• 1 year experience in NICU.
• Ability to apply basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice To Haves

• BS degree.
• Education background.
• BS or MS preferred.
• Previous experience as Respiratory Clinical Specialist.
• Previous experience in a leadership or training capacity.
• 2 years experience in area of RT specialty.
