Baptist Health is hiring a Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team. This is a full time, day shift position at our Baptist Jacksonville location.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Critical Care
- 3-5 years of Acute Care
- 1-2 years of Emergency Department
- 1-2 years of Leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Licensed Registered Nurse
Nice To Haves
- PALS preferred
- BLS preferred
- MSN required within 18 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- To provide clinical expertise and leadership to plan, develop, and implement educational programs, standards of care, policies and procedures and competency assessment for specialized clinical areas/departments
- The clinical practice partner will integrate education, research, management, leadership, and consultation into clinical roles, and they function in collegial relationships with nursing peers and other professionals and individuals that influence the health environment.
