About The Position
Will be assisting with call back queue to give callbacks to patients related to their lab results, providing clarification and messages from providers. They will serve as a line of communication to giving patient questions back to provider. Not a forward facing position, no patient care, no bedside skillset. Will be on phone for their shift assisting with backlogs and outbound calling.
Requirements
- GA RN License
- AHA BLS
