About The Position

This role involves assisting with a call-back queue to provide patients with their lab results, clarification, and messages from providers. The Clinical Resource Nurse will act as a communication line, relaying patient questions back to providers. This is not a patient-facing position and does not involve bedside care. The primary duties include being on the phone for the entire shift, assisting with backlogs, and making outbound calls. The position is located onsite at Sandy Springs.

Requirements

• GA RN License
• AHA BLS Compliance
• Required Certifications
