About The Position
Coordinates all procedures for the department. The individual serves as a resource to the scheduling department, PASU, Patient Access, staff, and/or referring physician offices when questions arise about unit services. Educates patients, the community, and referral sources regarding the unit.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2 years of experience in healthcare or customer service industry

- Previous Epic experience
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
