About The Position

Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation healthcare environment.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (VN) license; medical assistants with an active RMA, CMA, or CCMA certificate will also be considered.
- Experience performing intramuscular (IM) injections in a high-volume environment (vaccine clinics, urgent care, or primary care clinics are a great fit!)
- Self motivated, energetic, and positive attitude.
- Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences.
- Ensure client satisfaction is a primary focus and that the client is able to achieve and exceed their goals.
- Believe in high quality and have a high standard of compliance to our study protocols.
- Remarkably organized.
- Skilled at problem solving, planning and being proactive.
- Accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
Responsibilities
- Delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution across our clinics
- Ensuring patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
- Completing patient visits accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols
- Executing patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities with strong focus and follow-through
- Guiding patients through the clinical trials process, ensuring they attend and complete required visits
- Entering clinical and visit data timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms
- Completing intramuscular (IM) injections safely and accurately
- Ensuring Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and assuring we are always providing clear, constant communication with them when they are off site
- Serving as a reliable point of coordination for internal teams, physicians, sponsors, and research partners involved in active studies
- Maintaining strong physician confidence by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping stakeholders informed on patient and protocol updates
- Working proactively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, solving problems and helping keep daily operations on track
