Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification

  • B.S.N. from any accredited university

Responsibilities

  • Providing quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies
  • Ensuring patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at our clinic
  • Completing patient visits accurately and efficiently, adhering to all clinical trial protocols 100% of the time
  • Patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials
  • Administering intramuscular injections (IMs) safely and accurately
  • Ensuring patients attend and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study
  • Entering data timely and accurately for clinical visits into multiple online systems
  • Serving as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials
  • Ensuring Sponsors and Clients receive amazing customer service when onsite and maintaining clear, constant communication when offsite
  • Maintaining Physician Trust by being a knowledgeable resource, ensuring physicians are informed of their schedule and updated on current clinical trial patients and protocols
