Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, positive.
  • Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences.
  • Ensure client satisfaction is a primary focus and that the client is able to achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Believe in high quality and have a high standard of compliance to our study protocols.
  • Remarkably organized.
  • Skilled at problem solving, planning and being proactive.
  • Accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a patient-facing or client-facing healthcare setting such as medical offices, pharmacies, dental offices, surgical settings, medical spas, or similar environments.
  • B.S or B.A from any accredited university.
  • Experience working toward KPIs, metrics, or performance expectations.
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution across our DC-area clinics.
  • Ensure patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic.
  • Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols and site expectations.
  • Support patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities with a strong focus on follow-through.
  • Guide patients through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visits.
  • Enter clinical and visit data timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms.
  • Support both Vienna, VA and Rockville, MD clinic operations based on patient and study needs.
  • Serve as a reliable point of coordination for internal teams, physicians, sponsors, and research partners.
  • Help maintain strong physician confidence by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping stakeholders informed on patient and protocol updates.
  • Work proactively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, solving problems and helping keep daily operations on track.
