The Clinical Research Medical Assistant's main objective is to provide quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for our patients in our clinical research studies. This includes ensuring patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience, that patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently adhering to all clinical trial protocols, patient recruitment and enrollment into clinical trials, ensuring patients attend and complete their visits, timely and accurate data entry, serving as the lead point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations, ensuring excellent customer service for onsite clients and clear communication with offsite clients, and maintaining physician trust by being a knowledgeable resource and keeping them informed.

Requirements

  • B.S or B.A from any accredited university
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Focus on providing exceptional patient care and creating memorable experiences.
  • Ensure client satisfaction is a primary focus and clients can achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Believe in high quality and have a high standard of compliance to study protocols.
  • Remarkably organized.
  • Skilled at problem solving, planning, and being proactive.
  • Accept ownership of tasks from inception through completion and assume responsibility for personal success.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of professional experience
  • Experience in a clinical, patient-facing role.
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality, excellent patient care and a great experience for patients in clinical research studies.
  • Ensure patients have a fun, positive and comfortable experience at the clinic.
  • Complete patient visits accurately and efficiently, adhering 100% to clinical trial protocols.
  • Recruit and enroll patients into clinical trials.
  • Ensure patients attend and complete their clinical trial visits throughout the study.
  • Enter data timely and accurately into multiple online systems for clinical visits.
  • Serve as the lead and main point of contact for Pharmaceutical Sponsors and Contract Research Organizations for all clinical trials.
  • Ensure Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when onsite and provide clear, constant communication when offsite.
  • Maintain physician trust by being a knowledgeable resource, ensuring physicians are informed of their schedule and updated on current clinical trial patients and protocols.
