Clinical Research Assistant – Front Desk Chicago, IL Looking to start a career in clinical research or healthcare? IMA Clinical Research is hiring a Clinical Research Assistant to support front desk operations and patient coordination at our research site. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, aspiring healthcare professionals, or candidates with medical office, administrative, or customer service experience who are interested in gaining hands-on clinical research exposure.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in healthcare, psychology, behavioral health, or clinical research

Responsibilities
- Greeting and checking in study participants
- Scheduling appointments and answering calls
- Supporting research staff with documentation and administrative tasks
- Assisting with patient interviews and basic clinical data collection (training provided)
