The Clinical Reporting Analyst is responsible for generating and delivering a variety of critical reports, dashboards, and data analyses that support clinical operations, student clinical experiences, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. Serving both internal academic stakeholders and external agencies, this role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data used to drive operational effectiveness and compliance outcomes. The analyst develops recurring and ad hoc reports, investigates data discrepancies, creates dashboards to surface performance metrics, and provides actionable insights that support clinical operations, process improvement initiatives, and organizational goals. This position plays a critical role in maintaining data quality, supporting system integrations and enhancements, and fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. The Clinical Reporting Analyst is expected to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assigned clinical reporting areas and serve as a key resource for data interpretation, reporting processes, and system-related inquiries. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, the successful candidate manages a high volume of deliverables across multiple systems, including Salesforce, Banner, the Experiential Learning Management System (ELMS), and Power BI, while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. Because this role requires synthesizing, validating, and analyzing data from multiple platforms, the Clinical Reporting Analyst must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including complex lookup functions, data merging, and data reconciliation techniques.
