About The Position

This is a temporary employee pool position for a Clinical Regional Coordinator. The role requires a qualified Physician Assistant (PA) to contribute to the education and development of future PAs.

Requirements

• Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Master’s degree in PA studies or other discipline.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• State licensure in California (or eligible for state license).
• Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant.

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, specifically MS Office Suite Programs (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and MS Outlook.
• Ability to work as a team with administrators, fellow faculty, staff, and students.
• Must be willing to travel regularly.
• Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting.
• Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical education experiences for Physician Assistant students.
• Provide academic and clinical support to students and faculty.
• Travel regularly to clinical sites.
• Engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
• Advance social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting.
