About The Position

The primary function of this position will be to seek out, interview and screen applicants to fill existing and future clinical opportunities nationwide and to gain complete expertise in all recruiting software and resources. Secondary functions will include managing pre-existing databases and expanding it in terms of the number of anesthesia providers (CRNA, anesthesiologists, and other positions both clinical and corporate) and the breadth and depth of information on each provider and to record this into the recruiting software. This person’s role is to have thorough knowledge of each of their assigned sites, present qualified providers to site leadership/Chiefs, and schedule interviews to deliver full-time hires with white glove candidate experience. This position is expected to visit conferences and seminars occasionally for the purpose of networking and recruiting new providers. Flexibility to travel is imperative. This position will focus on our West Coast division; candidates located on the West Coast and/or with the ability to work during West Coast working hours will be heavily prioritized.

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the healthcare field heavily prioritized.
  • Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and/or GasWork is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates utilizing all of our departmental resources, such as residency lists, tradeshow lists, iCIMS database, job boards, social media and other contracted resources.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing team to provide feedback on marketing strategies. Utilize relocation strategies, Education Subsidy, Travel Program and other appealing tactics to email, text, market and communicate with providers.
  • Utilize referral program internally and externally to enhance network of providers.
  • Datamine qualified providers that fit the specific needs of the site.
  • Meet regularly with Senior Recruiter to obtain job requirement updates, clarify compensation parameters, provide market intelligence, and pivot when necessary, based on current pipeline.
  • Participate in “Hot Spot” project plan meetings as feedback obtained by the recruiting team is crucial to marketing initiatives.
  • Develop creative ways to maintain relationships between Somnia and candidates within database and grow existing database.
  • Provide weekly metrics on activity.
  • Update market intel report with competitive offers.
  • Send Skill Survey and New Pre-Application directly from iCIMS to qualified candidates in preparation for interview.
  • Review candidate, Skill Survey and Pre-Application with Senior Recruiter, collect Risk Review Documents if needed while following outlined risk SOP, then utilize Recruitment Coordinator to schedule interview at the site when all clear.
  • Review all candidate interviews prior and post interview with Senior Recruiter.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as may be required.
