About The Position

Josi Health (formerly the Autism Diagnosis Group) is a virtual-first mental health company on a mission to remove the barriers between people and the answers they need. We deliver fast, expert autism and ADHD evaluations — in weeks, not months — along with psychotherapy, group therapy, and speech and communication therapy to support patients after diagnosis. We're in-network with most major insurance carriers and operate across 40+ states. Every new clinician we hire is another family that doesn't have to wait months for answers. We're looking for a Clinical Recruiter genuinely motivated by expanding access to care. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for our clinical team — sourcing and hiring licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) for evaluations, and LCSWs and LPCs for individual and group psychotherapy. You won't just be filling reqs — you'll be directly responsible for shortening waitlists and opening doors to care for families across the country.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with 2+ years recruiting licensed clinical talent (psychologists, LCSWs, LPCs, LMFTs, or similar).
  • Understanding of behavioral health licensing, including state licensure, PSYPACT, and telehealth practice rules.
  • Proven passive sourcing skills — you know how to find the right clinician and get them to reply.
  • Self-directed and comfortable in a startup environment.
  • Genuine excitement about mental health access and our mission.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for virtual-first or telehealth organizations.
  • Experience recruiting autism- or ADHD-specialized clinicians.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for psychologists (PhD/PsyD), LCSWs, and LPCs across our evaluation and therapy programs.
  • Build creative sourcing strategies across licensing boards, professional associations, graduate programs, LinkedIn, and referral networks.
  • Screen candidates for clinical fit, licensure status, state coverage, and mission alignment.
  • Partner with Clinical Leadership on hiring priorities by state, specialty, and capacity needs.
  • Manage a high-touch candidate experience that reflects how we treat our patients.
  • Track pipeline health, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance.
  • Help build our recruiting function from the ground up — your process, your playbooks, your ideas.
