The Clinical Receptionist -Float (PSSIII) position assists with the support, organization, and administration of the Front Office Revenue Cycle operations throughout most Journey Programs. The Clinical Receptionist ensures accurate and timely scheduling, registration/enrollment, eligibility/insurance verification, collection of front end payments, produces documents, files, and answers phones. In addition, they also provide support and assistance to a variety of meetings and workgroups across Journey Mental Health Center. This position reports to the Revenue Cycle Supervisor. This position may require limited evening hours to provide coverage for other Clinic Based programs and check-in desks.
