About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a Psychiatrist in South Carolina who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare services and includes medication management and therapy. This is a W-2 employed position with a flexible hybrid schedule, working between the office and home. Full-time is preferred, and part-time is available. The position offers a compensation range of $300,000 to $359,000+, based on productivity, with uncapped earning potential. Additional offerings include up to $72,000 per year for supervising PMHNPs, a sign-on bonus, and an annual Care Access and Quality Incentive cash bonus program. The practice provides a collaborative work environment and clinical support. The office is located on Knox Abbott Dr at State St and is described as thoughtfully designed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends optional.
Requirements
- Must be local to and licensed in South Carolina.
- Board certified.
- Must have an unencumbered DEA.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
