Clinical Psychiatrist
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a talented Psychiatrist in South Carolina who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Psychiatrists are a critical part of the clinical team and provide outpatient mental healthcare, including medication management and therapy. The role is a W-2 employed position with a flexible hybrid schedule, working between the office and home. Full-time is preferred, and part-time is available. The position offers a compensation range of $300,000 to $359,000+, with compensation based on productivity and a Year 1 income guarantee. Additional offerings include a sign-on bonus, annual Care Access and Quality Incentive cash bonus program, and up to $72,000 per year to supervise PMHNPs. The role is based in thoughtfully designed offices near Burning Tree Drive, I-26, and St. Andrews Road. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends optional.
Requirements
- Be local to South Carolina and licensed in South Carolina.
- Be board certified.
- Have an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Have experience in both medication management and therapy.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management and therapy to patients.
- Supervise psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs), with compensation available for supervision.
