About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring a Psychiatrist in the Columbia, South Carolina area to provide outpatient mental healthcare and contribute to clinical excellence. The role is a W-2 employed position with a flexible hybrid schedule, working between the office and home. Full-time is preferred, and part-time is available. The position offers a competitive, productivity-based compensation model with a Year 1 income guarantee and opportunities to supervise psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners (PMHNPs).

Requirements

• Must be local to South Carolina and licensed in South Carolina.
• Board certified.
• Unencumbered DEA registration.
• Experience in both medication management and therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and therapy.
• Supervise PMHNPs, with compensation available for supervision.
