Requirements

  • College degree in a related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience (e.g., internship), including but not limited to, medical education, training, project management, sales, and/or marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting projects while working independently.
  • Foundational literacy in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data concepts, including the ability to explain these concepts simply, identify appropriate uses of AI in daily work, responsibly use approved AI tools for low-risk tasks, and consistently apply Cook Medical’s data privacy and responsible AI guidelines.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Work under general office environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Support stakeholders within Clinical Programs, the Division, Marketing, and company Functions in relation to various Clinical Programs projects, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Develop a basic understanding of metrics used to monitor the success of Clinical Programs initiatives in collaboration with the team and other stakeholders.
  • Complete assigned tasks related to supporting Clinical Programs and cross-functional groups.
  • Develop a basic understanding of Clinical Programs and the specialties supported.
  • Assist with managing small-scale projects in a timely manner for Clinical Programs through collaboration with divisional teams and company functions.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders as needed to understand needs, gain feedback, and support the overall business.
  • Meet deadlines and complete administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc., in a timely manner.
