We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Program Therapist / Social Worker who is passionate about supporting patients through crisis stabilization, therapeutic programming, and collaborative treatment planning.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field; required
- Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- A collaborative spirit, adaptability, and commitment to service excellence
Nice To Haves
- Independent practice licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LPC‑I, LPC, LMFT); preferred
- At least 1 year of clinical experience; preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health assessments, therapeutic interventions, and crisis stabilization using a biopsychosocial approach
- Lead and co‑facilitate group psychotherapy and psychoeducational programming
- Develop individualized discharge plans in partnership with patients, families, and community resources
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient progress and treatment goals
- Offer brief individual, group, and family therapy as needed
- Participate in treatment planning, documentation, and quality‑improvement initiatives
- Support weekend assessments, group therapy rotations, and clinical on‑call needs
