About The Position

This role involves leading daily clinical activities, optimizing resource allocation, and managing personnel scheduling and training. The Clinical Program Supervisor will resolve delivery roadblocks, serve as the expert authority on clinical standards and patient flow, and champion continuous quality assurance studies to enhance program outcomes. Additionally, this role requires monitoring and maintaining strict department alignment with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Nice To Haves

3 years of leadership experience preferred
Basic knowledge of cardiac rhythms, healthcare computer systems and software preferred
